OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA
FEBRUARY 19, 2002
In Mayor Galligan's absence, Parks Director Elliott called the meeting to order at 9:51 a.m. and on call of
the roll those members present were: Councilperson Waiz, and Police Chief Pavey sitting in for City
Engineer Miller.
Also present were: Safety Director Rodden, Planning and Zoning Director Jana Ecker,
Redevelopment Director Duggins, Fire Chief Smith, Engineering Coordinator Dixon, Building
Commissioner Gavin, Street Commissioner Grant, Vehicle Maintenance Director Druty, and
Deputy Clerk Lyrme Mayfield.
CoUncilperson Waiz made the motion to approve the minutes of 2-11-02 as presented,
seconded by Police ChiefPavey and carried unanimously.
There was no old bUsiness or new business to discuss.
There being no further discussion to come before the Board the motion was made by Councilperson Waiz
to adjourn at 10:00 a.m., seconded by Police Chief Pavey and carried unanimously.
