OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA
JANUARY 2, 2002
Mayor Galligan called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. and on call of the roll those members present
Were: City Engineer Miller and Councilperson Frantz.
Also present were: Wastewater Treatment Dir. Crawford, Vehicle Maintenance Director Druty, Building
Commissioner Gavin, Personnel Director Ellis, Administrator Rich Davis, Animal
Shelter Director Keller, Redevelopment Asst. Director Duggins, Police ChiefPavey, Fire Chief Mike
Smith, and Clerk Lynne Mayfield.
City Engineer Miller made the motion to approve the payroll as presented, seconded by Councilperson
Frantz and carried unanimously.

Steve Miller of Yellow Cab spoke to the Board in regard to providing pickup and delivery service in
Jeffersonville. Mayor Galligan said there is no problem with that but that they need to go through New
Albany with their paperwork.
There being no further business to come before the Board the motion was made by Engineer Miller to
adjouTM at 9:50 a.m. seconded by Councilperson Frantz and carried unanimOUsly.
