OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA
DECEMBER 4, 2000
Mayor Galligan called the meeting to order at 9:30 A.M., and on call of the roll those
members present were: City Engineer Bob Miller, and Councilperson Frantz.
Also present were: Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor Ewton, Building Commissioner
Larry Decker, Safety Director Rodden, Redevelopment Assistant Director Duggins,
Street Commissioner Grant, Asst. Wastewater Treatment Plant Director Wilkey, Animal
Shelter Director Keller, Parks Superintendent Elliott, Police Chief Pavey, Personnel
Director Ellis, Fire Chief Mike Smith, and Clerk Lynne Mayfield.
City Engineer Miller made the motion to approve the paYroll as presented, seconded by
Councilperson Frantz and carried unanimously.
City Engineer Miller made the motion to approve the claims as presented, seconded by
Personnel Director Ellis and carried unanimously.
MACK ROLL OFF TRUCK
Engineer Miller made the motion to approve signing the lease agreement with Bank One
for the Roll Off Truck, seconded by Councilperson Frantz and carried unanimously.
PET PARADISE
Redevelopment Director Duggins told the Board that demolition is set for Monday,
December 18, 2000 for Pet Paradise.
There being no further business to come before the Board of Public Works and Safety,
City Engineer Miller made the motion to adjourn at 9:50 A.M., seconded by
Councilperson Frantz and carried unanimously.
