Mayor Galligan called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m. and those present were: Manager
Goldman, Redevelopement Asst. Director Duggins, Councilperson Ellis, Councilperson Fra~z,
City Attorney Galligan, and Clerk Lynne Mayfield.
RESIDENT PARKING SIGN
Mayor Galligan said Mary Arnold has requested a handicapped parking sign at 414 Walnut
Street. Manager Goldman made the motion to approve the handicapped parking sign, seconded
by Councilperson Franz and carried unanimously.
PEARL STREET PROJECT
Redevelopment Assistant Director Duggins presented a draw of $25,000.00 for approval on the
Department of Redevelopment loan for the Pearl Street project.
Manager Goldman made the motion to approve the claims as presented, seconded by
Councilperson Franz and carried unanimously.
There being no further business, Manager Goldman made the the motion to adjourn at 3:50 p.m.,
seconded by Councilperson Franz and carried unanimously.
