OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA
JANUARY 16, 2001
Mayor Galligan called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. and on call of the roll those members present
were: City Engineer Miller and Councilperson Frantz.
Also present were:Maintenance Foreman Mike Ewton, Planning and Zoning Director Jana Ecker,
Building Commissioner Larry Decker, Parks Director Rick Elliott, Street Commissioner Grant,
Redevelopment Asst. Director Duggins, Police Chief Pavey, Fire Chief Mike Smith, and Sharon
Wilder.
City Engineer Miller made the motion to approve the payroll as presented, seconded by Councilperson
Frantz and carried unanimously.
City Engineer Miller made the motion to approve a claim presented by Redevelopment Director
Duggins, seconded by Councilperson Frantz and carried unanimously.
There being no further business to come before the Board the motion was made by Engineer Miller to
adjourn at 10:00 a.m. seconded by Councilperson Frantz and carried unanimously.
