AN ORDINANCE RESCINDING ORDINANCE NO. 2004-OR-45
VACATING A PORTION OF WALL STREET, A PUBLIC WAY
IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA
WHEREAS, on September 16, 2004, the Common Cotmcil of the City of
Jeffersonville (hereinafter "Council") enacted Ordinance 2004-OR-45, vacating a portion
of Wall Street, a public way in the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana as requested in the
Petition filed Realty Equities, LLC;
WHEREAS, Realty Equities, LLC has filed bankruptcy and it is no longer
necessary for the vacation of the property to continue;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, that Ordinance No. 2004-OR-45 is hereby rescinded and
repealed.
This ordinance shall b~ in full force and effect upon its adoption.
