AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 91-OR-18, Section 156.011(Filing Fees)
and
ORDINANCE No. 96-OR-28, Section 155.22-C (Preliminary Plat)
and
ORDINANCE No. 2000-OR-61, Article 12.4 (Schedule of Fees)
WHEREAS, Section 156.011 of the Jeffersonville Zoning Code (Ordinance 91-OR-18)
provides for filing fees for applications and petitions as stated below:

WHEREAS, Section 155.22-C of the Subdivision Control Regulations (Ordinance 96-OR-
28) provides for £2~ng fees and other information as stated below:
WHEREAS, Section 12.4 of the ZoNng Ordinance (2000-OR:61) provides for a Schedule
of Fees as stated follo~vs:
WHEREAS, the Director of Planning and Development recommends the following
amendments to 91-OR-18, 96-OR-28 and 2000-OR-61;
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED that Ordinance 91-OR-18,
Section 156.011, Ordinance 96-OR-28, Section 155.22-C and Ordinance 2000-OR-61,
Article 12.4 be and is hereby amended to read as follo~vs:
Appl/cations and petitions fried pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be
accompanied by the f~ing fees hereinafter specified.
For each petition for an appeal from the decision of the Planning Director or
Building Commissioner to the Board of Zoning Appeals, a fee of $i 00 to be paid
to and collected by the Planning Director, the receipt for which shall accompany
the petition. Each additional request in same application an additional fee of $25
each will be charged.
For each application for the approval by the Board of a special exception, a fee
of $100 to paid to and collected by the Planning Director, the receipt for which
shall accompany the petition. Each additional request in the same application an
additional fee of $25 each will be charged.
For each application for the approval by the Board of a development standards
variance, a fee of $100 to paid to and collected by the Planning Director, the
receipt for which shall accompany the petition. Each additional request in the
same application an additional fee of $25 each xvill be charged.
For each apphcation for the approval by the Board of a use variance, a fee of
$100 to paid to and collected by the Planning Director, the receipt for which
shall accompany the petition. Each additional request in the same application an
additional fee of $25 each will be charged.
For each petition for a text amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to come before
the Plan Commission, a fee of $200 to be paid to and collected by the Planning
Director, the receipt for which shall accompany the petition. Each additional
request in same application an additional fee of $25 each ~vill be charged.
For each petition for a Zoning Map Amendment to come before the Plan
Commission, a fee of $200 to be paid to and collected by the Planning Director,
the receipt for which shall accompany the petition. Each additional request in
same application an additional fee of $25 each will be charged.
For each petition for a Development Plan approval to come before the Plan
Commission, a fee of $200 to be paid to and collected by the Planning Director,
the receipt for which shall accompany the petition. Each additional request in
same application an additional fee of $25 each will be charged.
For each petition for a Plat Review approval to come before the Plan
Commission, a fee of $400 plus $10 per lot to be paid to and collected by the
Planning Director, the receipt for which shall accompany the petition. Each
additional request in same application an additional fee of $25 each will be
charged.
These fees shall replace any and all previously adopted petition fees.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect on January 1, 2006.
