AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME ~ ' "
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from o~
major budget classification to another within the Probation User Fu~
Budget~ and
WHEREAS, there is now within the Probation User Fund Budg~
sufficient moneys to pay this additional amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of t~
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as herelnaft~
set out within the Probation User Fund Budget be transferred
indicated.
