AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ~ 50.15 OF THE JEFFERSONVILLE
MUNICIPAL CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF JEFFERSONVILLE,
INDIANA:
WHEREAS, Section 50.15 of the Jeffersonville Municipal Code provides for
Applications and Inspections; and
WHEREAS, 550.15 of the Jeffersonville Municipal Code is in need of an
amendment to allow compliance with the State Mandate; and
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED that Section 50.16 of
the Jeffersonville Municipal Code is hereby amended to add paragraph (F) to read as
follows:
[50.15 APPLICATIONS AND INSPECTIONS
Manholes shall be air tested in accordance with ASTM C1244-93,
Standard Test Method for Concrete Sewer Manholes by the Negative
Air Pressure (Vacuum) Test. (Water Pollution Control Board; 327 IAC
3-6-16; filed May 17, 1999, 12:11 p.m.: 22 IR 3093; errata filed
December 1, 2000, 5:25 pm.: 24 IR 1033).
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
