ORDINANCE NO. 98-OR-~
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one major budget
classification to another within the Animal Shelter's Budget; and
WHEREAS, there is now within the Animal Shelter's Budget sufficient monies to pay
this additional amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter set out in the Department
of the Animal Shelter be transferred as indicated.

118 Part Time Temporary 112 Animal $466.20
Control Officer
118 Part Time Temporary 113 Operations $402.20
Coordinator
118 Part Time Temporary 117 Full Time $31,715.20
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
