AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PORTIONS
OF SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 97-OR-33
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA:
Section 1
That from and after the 1st day of Januaw, 1998, the following employees of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, shall receive the following base salary per year.
ANIMAL SHELTER
Animal Control Officer ............................................................................................. ($11.71 per hour) $24,825.2(
Operations Coordinator ............................................................................................ ($10.11 per hour) $21,433.2(
Full Time (2) .............................................................................................................. ($7.48 per hour) $31,715.2(

VEHICLE MAINTENANCE

Mechanic #2 ................................................................................................................ ($9.80 per hour) $21,495.0~
Diesel Mechanic ......................................................................................................... ($10.90 per hour) $23,880.0~
Mechanic Helper/Cleaning .......................................................................................... ($8.23 per hour) $17,447.61
MOTOR VEHICLE
Driver/CDL (5) ......................................................................................................... ($12.25 per hour) $106,402.8
Driver/Laborer (5) .................................................................................................... ($12.10 per hour) $100,869.6
Equipment Operator .................................................................................................. ($11.00 per hour) $25,714.0
All per hour rates are listed at the maximum per position with the minimum of $5.50 per hour for full-time
employees excluding temporary help.
Section 2
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the Common
Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana.
