A RESOLUTION TO INITIATE EDIT APPROPRIATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, County
of Clark, State of Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the Multi-Purpose
Meeting Room, Room 308, City-County building, Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 7th day
of November, g005 at 7:30 o'clock P.M. for the purpose of considering and determining
whether an emergency exists for the passage of an Ordinance making the following
appropriation in addition to the Annual Budget adopted for the fiscal year ~005 from
Economic Development Income Tax fund.
AMOUNT REQUESTED
Economic Development Income Tax (EDIT) Fund
Appropriation from the Economic Development Income Tax (EDIT) Fund for the
following:
Perrin Lane sidewalks
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Treasurer of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana is hereby ordered and directed to g~e as provided by law.
