BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, County
of Clark, State of Indiana, That said Common Council will meet in the Multi-Purpose
Meeting Room, Room 308, City-County Building, Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 3rd day
of October 2005, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., for the purpose of considering and determining
whether an emergency exists for the passage of an Ordinance making the following
appropriation in addition to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal year 2005.
AMOUNT REQUESTED
EDIT FUND
Appropriation from the EDIT Fund
for the following:
Flood Wall Art ........................................................................... $ 20,000.00
Appropriation from the General Fund, Common Council Budget
For the following
Spay/Neuter Program .................................................................. $ 5,000.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk Treasurer of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana is hereby ordered and directed to give notice as provided by law.
