The City will pay the 3% employee share of P.E.R.F. for civilian employees and will pay 3% of the employee share of the Police and Fire Pension assessments. All tull-t~me employees w~ll recewe Iongewty pay ot $200.00 per year tor eacr~ year ot service. Employees must work 3 full years before he/she is eligible for longevity pay.
