ORDINANCE NO. 2005-OR-35A
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FU~S WITHIN SAME
DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, it has' become necessary to transfer money from one major budget
classification to another wi.thin the General.. Fund, Common Council budget
WHEREAS' there is now within the General Fund Department of Common Council
budget sufficient monies to pay this additional amount;
NOW, TItEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter set out in the General Fund,
Department of-~lusnan P.c. rc. zrxe:.: budget be transferred as indicated.
