RESOLUTION AMENDING 2004-R- 38
RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2004
FOP CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville recognizes the
Indiana Fraternal Order of Police Labor Council, Inc. (the "FOP") as the bargaining agent
for the City's police officers; and
WHEREAS, the City of Jeffersonville (the "City") and the FOP entered into a
contract for the calendar years January. 1, 2005 through December 31, 2008 (the "Contract");
and
WHEREAS, on December 6, 2004 the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville adopted the Contract; and
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY REsoLVED that the Common
Council of the City of Jeffersonville does hereby amend the following Articles of the
Contract for the calendar years January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2008;
Article 9, No 3 Holiday and Holiday Pay to read as follows:
One half of the annual holiday pay shall be paid on the first pay period in
and the other half shall be paid on the frrst pay period in Dcccmbcr November.
Article 11. No. 2 Clothing Allowance to read as follows:

One-half of the annual clothing shah be paid on the second pay period in ~ ....

and the Other half shall be paid on the second pay period in November.
