We look forward to a good year of progression and improved labor relations under your leadership.. As you may-or may not know, the Local/0558 along with the Clarksville and New Albany Fire Department Unions Will be hosting the Indiana State International .Association of Firefighters annual convention here in our City of Jeffersonville. IAFF members from around the State will be attending the convention. It will be held-on the 10th, 1 lth and 12th of May, and will take place at the Jeffersonville Ramada. We are expecting approximately 300 guest for the event, with the President of the National IAFF Mr. Harold A. Schaitberger to attend and speak. We believe this is a wonderful opportunity for the City of Jeffersonville to shine and show our guest what great improvements our City has made. However, to host such an event does not come without some great cost. The Local #558 is asking for the City Councils support in the way of a monetary contribution to offset our expenses. We are attempting to raise $4,000.00 to host the event. , Thank you for your support, it is greatly appreciated. Donald Growe Local #558 President
