ORDINANCE NO. 2005-OR- 5
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME
DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one major budget
classification to another within the General Fund, Department of Human Resources
budget;
WHEREAS, there is now within the General Fund Department of Human Resources
budget sufficient monies to pay this additional amount;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter set out in the General Fund,
Department of Human Resources budget be transferred as indicated.

Dear Jeffersonville City Council Members,
I am requesting your approval for an amendment to my 2005 budget. Specifically I am
requesting that the following transfers be re-allocated in the following manner. This
request is not an increase in the current budget.

(331) Seminars $2100
(355) Subscriptions/Dues $300
(365) Promotion $400
(370) Employee Drug Testing $200
TOTAL $3250.00
