ORDINANCE NO. 2004-OR- 60
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME
DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one major budget
classification to another within the General Fund, Planning and Zoning budget;
WItEREAS, there is now within the Planning and Zoning budget sufficient monies to
pay this additional amount;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter set out in the Planning and
Zoning budget be transferred as indicated.

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and afier its passage and approval.
