THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, iNDIANA
HELD SEPTEMBER 20, 2004.
The special meeting of the City Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana (the "City")
was held at the City Hall, Jeffersonville, in the County of Clark, Indiana, on September 20, 2004,
at the hour of q'.~O p.m. (Local Time). The meeting was called to order by the Presiding
Officer and the minutes of the meeting were recorded by Clerk-Treasurer.
On roll call, the members of the City Council were shown to be present or absent as
follows:
Present:
Wilson, Grooms, Zastawny, McCaUley
Sellers, Fetz~ & Perkins
Absent:
(Among other proceedings had and actions taken were the following:)
The Clerk-Treasurer of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana (the "City"), presented to the
City Council a statement and recommendations relative to the making of temporary loans for the
City General Fund previously approved by this City Council on August 16. Upon motion duly
made, the all members of the City Council present consented to considering the adoption of the
Amendment to Ordinance in one meeting. After due consideration of said Amendment to
Ordinance on motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, the same was adopted and
is as set forth on Exhibit A hereto.

THEREUPON, there being no further business to come before the meeting, on motion
duly made, seconded, and unanimously carried, the meeting thereupon adjourned.
