parking restrictions on Parts of Missouri Ave
BE IT ORD~Ih~ED BY THE CO~{0N COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFF~RS0~ILLE ~ INDI~NA
Section l,
That ordinance No /~o~/heretofore passed by the Common
Council of the City of Jeffersonville~ Indiana is hereby repea~l~
and declared to be null s~ad voi~o
oectmon 2,
That Sparks Avenue from its intersection ~rlth Spring
Street shall be desiginated a one way street wes~ to its
intersection with Missouri ~venue~ all of said atreets being
in the City of Jeffersonville~ Indiana~ and it shall be
for any vehicle to drive upon said Sparks Avenue within the
bounds above described in the wrong direction.
Section
That northwardly and on the EAST side of Missouri Avenue
from the intersection of Missouri Avenue and Sparks Avenue for
distance ~of 88 feet from said intersection~ there shall be and
hereby desiginated an area of no parking for motor vehicles.
on Sparks Avenue between Spring Street and Missour Avenue there
is hereby desiginated and established an area of no parking fo~
motor vehicles in those areas now marked with yellow paint on
the curb and as. such markings may be. changed in the future~
SECTIOI~ Z~
That upon passage and approval of this ordinance appropr
signs shall be posted.
SECTIOI~
Any person~ firm or corporation who shall violate s_ny
of the provisions of this ordinance shall~ upon conviction~
be fined in any sum not in excess of'S10.00.
