ANDCHANGIN$ THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF
CERTAIN REAL EST/~TE FRO~ R1 ToR2.
I~TERE~, the Plan Commission of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, after petition, legal notice, hearing and being fully
advised in the premises has recommended a change in zoning class-
ification to the real estate hereinafter described from a R-1
classification to that of R-2.
NOW, TPr~REPORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of
the City'of Jeffersonville, Indiana, that Ordinance No. 1527
(Zoning Ordinance) be amended as to zoning classification from
R21 to R'2 as to the following described real estate situated in
the City of Jeffersonville, County of Clark, State of Indiana,
to-wit:
Being a part of Survey No. 10 of the illinois Grant,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the west rightlof-way line of
State Route No. 62, said point of beginning being S. 28° 38'
W., 50 feet from the South Corner of Lot No. i of "Northhaven"
Unit No. i as recorded in Plat Book 6 Page 226 in the Office
of the Recorder of Clark County, Indiana; thence continuing
S. 28° 38' W. along said right-of-way line 310 feet to a point;
thence N.~61~ 22' W., 380 feet to a point; thence S. 73~ 38'
W., 99.0 feet toga point; thence S. 28~ 38' W., 60&.88 feet
to a point; thence N. 35° 10' W., 558.~3 feet to a point;
thence N. 55° 0~' E., 82&.53 feet to a point; thence S. 61~
22' E., 58~.02 feet to the place of beginning, containing
10.059 acres more or less.
Passed and adopted at a meeting of the Common Council of
the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, this ~ day of December,
1961.
