Be It ordained b!T the Common Councul of the City of Jefferson-
ville ~ Indiana

That Chapter l~ Section 103 of 0rdins~ce No. 155~is hereby
amended by adding to said section the following paragraph:
That the examning board by a two-third vote of the
entire Board may either require greater or lesser qualificat~
than those set forth above if such examining Board deems
such variance in qualifications to be for the best interest
of the City of Jeffersonville~ Indiana.
