An Ordinance Creating a Special Non-Reverting
Fund For the Board of Park Commissioners.
WHEREAS, from time to time the Board of Park Commissioners
through the efforts of the Parks Department earns or comes into
possession of moneys that are obtained from sources other than
taxes upon the property of the citizens of the City of Jeffe=Dnville,
Indiana, and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to create a fund in which these
moneys may be kept and from which they may be expended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of
the City of Jeffersonville, that there is hereby created for
the use of the Board of Park Co~nissioners of said city a special
non-reverting fund in addition to any other funds now in existence
for the deposit of moneys by such department.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval by the Common Council,
Passed and adopted by the Co~non Council this ......... day of
December, 1964.
