HomeMy WebLinkAbout1964-OR-1626 WHEREAS, a certain extraordinary emergency has developed
since the adoption of the existing annual budget, so that it is
now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated
in the annual budget; now, therefore, to meet such extraordinary
emergency:
Sec. 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of Jeffersonvtlle, Clark County, Indiana, that for the expenses
of said City of Jeffersonville the following additional sum
of money is hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the
fund herein named and for the purpose herein specified, subject
to the laws governing the same:
A special appropriation from the General Fund to the Police
Department, Clothing Allowance Fund, in the sum of $510.00.
