AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1527 AND CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN REAL E~TATB FROM
R-Z, Resldential~ to B-2~ Service Business
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of tbe City of jeffersonville, Indiana,
after petition, legal notice, bearing~ and being fully advised in the
premise~, has recommended a change in zoning classification of the real
estate hereinafter described from R-2, Residential~ to B-2, Service
Business.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of jeffersonville~ Indiana, tbat Ordinance No. 1527 (Zoning Ordinance)
be amended as to zoning classification from R~2, Residential, to B-2,
Service Buslness~ as to the following described real estate situated in
the City of Jeffersonville~ Clark County, Indiana~ to-wit:
Lots Nos. 3 and 4 in Block No. 45 in the
City of jeffersonville.
Passed and adopted at a meeting of the Common CounCil of the City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, this 3rd day of August, 1964.
