THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FROM
R-2~ RESIDENTIAL~ TO BU3~ GENERAL BUSINESS
WHEREAS~ the Plan Commission of the City of Jeffersonville: Indiana,
after petition) legal notice, bearing and being fully advised in the ]premises
bas recommended a change in zoning classification to the real estate herein-
after described from R-2, Residential, to B-3~ General Business.
NOW, THEREFORE) BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana~ that Ordinance No. 1527 (Zonin9 Ordinance) be
amended as to zoning classification from R-2~ Residential) to B-3~ General
Business, as to the following described real estate situated in the City of
Jeffersonville, County of Clark: StaTe of Indiana, to-wit:
Lot No. 8, 9 and 10~ in Block No. 39~ in the
Bnlargemen~ of the City of Jeffersonville.
Passed and adopted at a meefing of the Common Council of the City
of Jeffersonville~
