From General Fund
WHEREAS, heretofore on the 12th day of July, 1965, at a
regular meeting of the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, held in the Court House of said City, the Common Council
passed a resolution fixing the 2nd day of August, 1965, at
7:30 o'clock, P.M., at the Court House in said City as the time
and place for a meeting of the said Common Council for thepurpose
of considering and determining whether an emergency exists for
the passage of an Ordinance making appropriations from the General
Fund of the City of Jeffersonvi~e, Indiana.
WHEREAS, the Clerk-Treasurer has given notice of the time,
place and purpose of said meeting in the manner prescribed by
law, and
~KEREAS, it having been determined by the Cc~mon Council
of the City of Jeffersonville that an emergency exists for the
appropriation of $1244.00 for the purposes stated;
NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Ordained by the Common Council of the
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana:
Section 1.
That an emergency exists and that there shall be and hereby
is appropriated from the General Fund of the City of Jeffersonville
the following:
Fire Department - Electricity Fund $500.00
~ " - Workman~s Comp. 244.00
- " - Repair of Building
and Structures 400.00
City Hall~' - C~s~oMAan's Salary 100.00
Section 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval by the State Board of Tax Commissioners.
