AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1607-A
BE IT ORD~NED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSONVILLE IN THE STATE OF INDIANA:
Section 1.
That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1607-A is hereby amended
by striking therefrom the word used from such section.
Section 2.
Be it further ordained that Section 2 of Ordinance No.
1607-A is amended by striking from such section the word used.
Section 3.
Be it further ordained that this ordinance shall become
effective in~nediately upon its adoption, approval by the Mayor,
and its legal publication thereof.
