OWNER FOR THE CITY FIRE DEPARTMENT MAKING A
FIRE RUN OUTSIDE OF THE CITY LIMITS-
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA,
Section 1.
That the Fire Department of this City shall charge, bill
and collect for a service call to any property outside of the
city limits the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00).
Section 2.
The owner of the property for whose benefit such service
is rendered shall be the person or corporation from which the
Fire Department shall collect such fee.
Section 3.
Be it further ordained that this ordinance Shall become
effective imanediately upon its adoption, approval by the Mayor,
and its legal publication thereof.
