An Ordinance Rezoning Certain Property From R-1
Residential to R-2, Residential.

ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffer-
Indiana, that the zoning ordinances being Ordinance
be amended in that the property hereinafter described
is reclassified and rezoned from R-1 Residential to R-2 Residential,
said property being described as follows, to-wit:
Lots 40,41 and 42 of Catherine M. Hopkins Sub-
division of Lot ~3 of Illinois Grant ~3 of Clark
County, Indiana.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after
its passage and approval.
