Residential to B-3 General Business.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonvitle, Indiana, that the zoning ordinance, being Ordinance
No. 1527, be amended in that the property hereinafter described
is reclassified and rezoned from R-1 Residential to B-3 General
Business, said property being described as follows, to-wit:
Being a part of Letter *~B~' of Lot 2 of Illinois Grant,
Clark County, Indiana, and being a part of Charles Ellwanger's
one~.ah~dne-third (1 1/3) acre tract as described in deed
record book 219, page 120, that part of land being more
fully described as follows: Commencing at the intersection
of the Northwestern line of Lynndale Drive with the North-
eastern line of Nachand Lane and thence running North
50° East along the northwestern line of Lynndale Drive for
242.71 feet to a concrete marker at the most Southern
corner of Lot No. 36 of Highpoing Subdivision; thence
running North 40° West along the Western line of Lot No.
36 for 162.00 feet to an iron pipe at the most Western
corner of said Lot No. 36; thence running South 50° West
along ~he Northwestern line of Highpoin~ Subdivision if
said line were extended for a distance of 242.71 feet
to a concrete marker on the Northeastern line of Nachand
Lane; thence running South 40~ East along the Northeastern
line of Nachand Lane for 162.0 feet to an iron pipe at
the intersection of the Northeastern line of Nachand Lane
and the Northwestern line of Lynndale Drive, the place
of beginning, containing 0.90 acres, more or less. Located
at 922 Nachand Lane.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after
its passage and approval.
