the same being An Ordinance Establishing
a Building Code.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERL
SONVILLE, INDIANA:
That Ordinance No. 1555, the same being an ordinance whereby
the Building Code of the City was established, be amended as
follows:
1. That Section No. 338 of Chapter 3 of such code requiring
the posting of a bond before a permit may be issued for the
Wrecking of a building be repealed and deleted from such dode,.
2. That Section No. 901 of Chapter 9 of such code requiring
a bond before any sign may be erected be, and the same hereby,is,
repealed and declared void.
3. That Section 908 of Chapter 9 of such code be amended
in that Subsection 3 of such section be and the same hereby
is repealed.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval by the Common Council.
Passed and adopted by the Co~m-aon Council this 4th day of
JanUary, 1965.
