Certain Territory was Annexed to the City of Jeff-
ersonville.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of Jeffer-
sonville~ Clark County, Indiana, that Ordinance No. 1647, which
ordinance was an ordinance annexing certain contiguous territory
to the City of Jeffersonville, is hereby repealed.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage by the Common Council and approval by the
Mayor.
