An Ordinance Rezoning Certain Property
From R-i, Residential, to R-2, Residential.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonvilie, Indiana, that the zoning ordinance, being ordinance
No. 1527, be amended in that the property hereinafter described
is reclassified and rezoned from R-i, Residential, to R-2,
Residential, said property being described as follows, to-wit:
Being part of Illinois Grant No. 10, Clark County, State
of Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Begin-
ning at the north corner of said Illinois Grant No. 10;
thence running S. 35° 25' 88~ E. 841.420 feet along the
line dividing Grants 10 and ti to a point in the south
right-of-way line of the Balitmore and Ohio Railroad;
thence S. 23° 53' W. 1903.100 feet alongsaid right-of-way
line to a point; thence S. 35° 10' 00~' E. 787.236 feet to
a point, the true place of beginning; thence S. 35° 10' 00'~
E. 557.980 feet to a point; thence N. 54° 50' 00~ E. 12.490
feet to a point; thence S. 35° 10' 00't E. 42.020 feet to
a point; thence N. 55° 04' 00~ E. 843~230 feet to a pdint;
thence N. 34° 56' 00~-W. 78.170 feet to a point; thence
N. 43~ 14' 30" W. 105.890 feet to a point; thence S. 50°
55' 00~ W. 40~640 feet to a point; thence N. 34° 56' 00'~W.
145.930 feet to a point; thence S. 66° 26' 00~' W. 44.430
feet to a point; thence N. 61° 22' 00~ W. 432.770 feet to
a point; thence S. 16° 50' 05" W. 148.123 feet to a point;

beginning, containing 11.704 acres, more or less.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
