Residential to R-2, Residential.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Ird iana, that the zoning ordinance, being Ordinance
No. 1527, be amended in that the property hereinafter described
is reclassified and rezoned from R-1 Residential to R-2 Residential,
said property being described as follows, to-wit:
Being Lots Nos. 43, 44, and 45 of Catherine M. Hopkins
Subdivision, as the same appears of record in Plat
Book 3, page 71, in the office of the Recorder of Clark
County, Indiana.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
