Ordinance No. 1555, the Same Being the
Building Code of the City of Jefferson-
ville, Indiana.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFER-
SONVILLE that Section 336 of Ordinance No. 1555 (Building Code)
be amended in that Section 7 be added thereto in the words and
figures as follows:
Section 7. The fee for obtaining a permit from the Building
Commissioner to remove a building as referred to in Section 2
hereof shall be One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
Passed and adopted by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, this 7 day of February, 1966.
