BE IT RESOLVED that on the /& day of July 19 64 ,
Mitchell
James E. F~st, Richard L. Inmam and Eva ...filed a petition with the
Jeffersonville City Plan Commission of Jeffersonville, Indiana, asking
that the following described real estate be reclassified from
Residential tO B-2, Service Business ~ said property being
described as follows, to-wit:
Lots Nos. 3 and 4 in Block N~. 45 in the
of Jeffersonville.
It being shown to the Commission that said petition was set for
hearing~ and notice by publication as required by law and ordinance
having been heretofore given, and after hearing evidence, the Jeffer-
sonville City Plan Commission does hereby recommend that said petition
be granted, and that the Secretary certify a copy of this resolution
and deliVer the same to the City Clerk Treasurer to be submitted to
t. he City Coun=il of Jeffersonville~ and further that the City Council
ms here~y requested to give their approval to said request.
