and through periodic and systematic review of the program so as to pre-

CITY OF JEFFEESO~IV[LLE, INDIANA, that we, the Common Councll of the
City of Jefferson~lle, %l~liana, pledge oerse1~es wth a firm and
steadfas~ resolution to keep and perform the ~/orkable Program as
adopted, and to band mr efforts eD the betteraent of this ceataantty
through the use of said Program.
