BE IT RESOLVED Byithe Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indi)ana that said Common Council. will meet in the
City Hall in said City on the 2nd day of MaTch, 1964, at 7:30 P. M.,
for the purpose of considering and determining whether an emergency
exists for the passage of an ordinance making the following appropriation
in ~ddition to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal year of 1964.
From the General Fund -- $12, 500. 00
For the non-reverting capital fund of the Board of Parks
and Recreation, City of Jeffersonville. This sum being the
amount paid by the Department of Redeyelopment, City of
Jeffersonville, to the Civil City of Jeffersonville, for the
purchase of Lot 18I & 182 in the Town of Fo. rt Fulton now
the City of Jefferso~nville, c6mmonly known~as the Port Fulton
School, which real estate had previously been given by the
Board of School Trustees of the City of Jeffersonville to the
Board of Parks and ReCreation, City of Jeffersonville.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the. Clerk-Treasurer of said
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, i~s hereby ordered and directed to giye
notiqe as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, this 3rd daY of February, 1964.
