BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the Court
Room in the Court House at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the
4th day of October~ 1965, at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of con-
sidering and determining whether an emergency exists for the
passage of an ordinance making the following appropriation in
addition to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal year of 1965.
The appropriation of the sum of $40,194.37 from the Motor
Vehicle Fund in order that such amount may be expended
for the construction of new streets and such other capital
improvements as may be necessary.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed
to give notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, this !6 day of September, 1965.
