BE IT RESOLVED by the CommohCouncil of the City of Jeffer-
sonville, Indiana, that said Co~non Council will meet in the
Court House in Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the ~ day of July,
1965, at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose Of considering and determining
whether an emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance
making the following appropriation in addition to the annual
budget adopted for the fiscal year of 1965.
Motor Vehicla Fund $47,244.26
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said
City of Seffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed
to give notice as provided.by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, this 7th day of June, 1965.
Presented by me as Clerk-Treasurer to the Mayor of the
City of Jeffersonville this 7 day of June, 1965.
