BE IT RESOLVED that on the 13 day of May 19 65 ,
Ralph W. Alford filed a petition with the
Jeffersonville City Plan Commission of Jeffersonville, Indiana, asking
that the following described real estate be reclassified from R-l~
Residential to R-2, Residential , said property being
described as follows, to-wit:
Lots ~0~ ~1 and 22 of Catherine M. Hopkins Subdivision of Lot #3
of Illinois Grant #3 of Clark County, Indiana,
It being shown to the Commission that said petition was set for
hearing, and notice by publication as required by law and ordinance
having been heretofore given, and after hearing evidence, the Jeffer-
sonville.City Plan Commission does hereby recommend that said petition
be granted, and that the Secretary certify a copy of this resolution
and deliver the same to the City Clerk Treasurer to be submitted to
the City Council of Jeffersonville, and further that the City Council
is hereby requested to give their approval to said request.
