BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the
on the / .day of~Fe~r~ae~y,
1965, at 7:30 P.M., for thepurpose of considering and determining
whether an emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance
making the following appropriation in addition to the annual
budget adopted for the fiscal year of 1965.
To appropriate the sum of $5070.00 for one (1) year's
lease rental of a one thousand gal. per minute pumper
fire truck for the Fire Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed
to give notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, this // day of February, 1965.
