BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, hold a joint meeting with the Board of County Commissioners
of Clark County, Indiana, and with the County Council of Clark
County, Indiana, and at said meeting hold a public hearing on
and consider the creation of the Jeffersonville-Clark Building
Authority.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said meeting and public hearing
be held in the Circuit Court Room in the Court House of Clark
County in the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 5th day
of March, 1965, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., and that the Mayor of
the City of Jeffersonville be given the authority to notify
the Auditor of Clark County, Indiana on the passage of this
resolution and the time and place of said meeting and public
hearing.
