WHEREAS an emergency exists for the borrowing of money
with which to meet currect expenses for the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, and
WHEREAS it is necessary to immediately make a temporary
loan in anticipation of current revenues in a sum amounting
to Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00).
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Co~mL~on Council of the
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, to borrow Fifteen Thousand
Dollars ($15,000.00) in anticipation of taxes now levied and
in the course of collection to meetcurrent expenses of the
City of Jeffersonvtlle, Indiana that two time warrants will
be issued in evidence of such obligation.
