BE IT RESOLVED by the Cormnon Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonville, Indiana, that said Common Council will be in the Court
Room in the Court House in Jeffersonville on the.. ~ day of
, 1966, at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of
considering and determining whether an emergency exists for the
passage of an ordinance making the following appropriation in
addit$on to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal year of
1966.
To appropriate the sum of $4,000.00 from the General
Fund of the Civil City to the Parks Department Special
Non-Reverting Fund for the purchase of land from the
New York Cen~al Railroad.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk Treasurer of said
City of Jeffersonville, indiana, is hereby ordered and directed
to give notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, this ~ day of October, 1966.
