BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonvitle, Indiana, that said Common Council will be in the
Court Room in the Court House in Jeffersonville on the ~
day of ~/~~ , 1966, at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose
of considering and determining whether an emergency exists for
the passage of an ordinance making the following appropriation
in addition to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal year
of 1966.
To appropriate the sum of $6,000.00 from the Parks
Department Special Non-Reverting fund for the purpose
of applying same on the purchase price of land on
Reed's Lane.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLV~ that the Clerk Treasurer of said
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed
to give notice as proveded by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, this ~ day of October, 1966.
