BE IT RESOLVED BY the Common Council of the City of Jefferson-
ville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the Court
House in said City on the ~ day of ~~., 1966, at
7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and determining whether
an emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance making
the following appropriation in addition to the annual budget
adopted for the fiscal year of 1966.
To appropriate the sum of $30,000.00 from the Motor
Vehicle Fund to the Motor Vehicle Construction and
Re-Construction Fund for the purpose of surfacing and
resurfacing city streets.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said
City of Jeffersonvil!e, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed
to give notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, this /4 day of September, 1966.
