BE IT RESOLVED by The Con, on Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonville, Indiana, that said Co~on Council will meet in the
Court Room in the Court House at Jeffer~onville, Indiana, on
the // day of July, 1966, at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of
considering and determining whether an emergency exists for
the passage of an ordinance making the following appropriations
in addition to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal year
of 1966.
The appropriation of the sum of $5,200.00 from the
Parks Department General Fund for the following:
One Tractor with sickle bar and rotary mower, $3,000.00
Emergency repair of expansion joint~ at Municipal
Pool, $2,200.00.
BE iT FURTP~R RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed
to give notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, this~day of June, 1966.
